Building Information Modeling (BIM) |
What is BIM?
Building

Information Modeling (BIM) is an architectural, engineering and construction workflow of utilizing information which has been loaded into a building design project. The information in a virtual model is commonly utilized in the areas of building design and engineering, material takeoff and cost estimating. Industry focus continues to be on the 3D value of a model which allows the building team to better plan, design, visualize, and construct the built environment.

Benefits of BIM
Overall, a building information model allows building owners to visualize their investment in a whole new way, in an accurately displayed virtual environment. Miron has embraced Building Information Modeling and strives to utilize technologies associated with this workflow. Having the ability to better communicate and coordinate with architects, engineers, building owners, and subcontractors improves our operating efficiency and greater defines our success as a general contractor.
BIM Services & Experiences
Building Information Modeling (BIM) is transforming the design and construction industry. Currently, many design firms are beginning to embrace three dimensional (3D) modeling tools. Miron Construction has fully embraced the use of BIM for the design and construction process. We have full-time professionals devoted exclusively to BIM for construction projects.
