Through the elderly projects, we’ve had over a thousand units that Miron has built for us; the range in elderly is from skilled care, to assisted living, to independent living, and the different types of construction that go with that, Miron has performed very well for us, on schedule, with each of these types of housing...We’ve found over and over that their early estimates are on the mark....
