Midwest Communications selected TEAM Miron to lead the design-build initiative for a new broadcast center to serve Northeast Wisconsin. The facility will be the broadcast center for seven radio stations in Wisconsin, as well as serve all operational needs for the company. TEAM Miron worked closely with Midwest’s design team to assure that the building systems would support the critical transmission systems required throughout the building without being affected by the adjacent transmission towers currently in place. The project team worked through a variety of site design and approval challenges, and ultimately secured pricing 5% below the projected costs for the project.
