The Neuman Family YMCA is a collaborative effort between the YMCA, Water Technology Inc., and Neuman Pools. The Neuman family is the major donor for the project, which consists of a new 2-story YMCA with an indoor aquatics center, athletic facilities and a day-care operation.
The YMCA also operates the area soccer program and has other site amenities including a baseball field and a walking trail. Miron Construction led the planning, design, and construction efforts which included site evaluation and fund-raising assistance for this prominent community project.
Miron worked closely with the building committee, the design team, and the fund-raising consultant to establish programmatic needs, select a site, solicit funds, and ultimately design and construct a new facility that integrates many sustainable features into a new YMCA that serves a variety of community needs for Dodge County.
