From the state of the art meeting room that was a corporate meeting room by day and a community gathering place by night to the common areas to the open space architecture, everywhere you looked people were encouraged to communicate and exchange ideas. One of my favorite design features was the way space flowed to be used efficiently and comfortably. An open area could quickly change from casual seating to a kitchen to a meeting room with a white board to get those ideas flowing. Employees gathered each morning to stretch together before heading to the job, reducing the number of muscle-related injuries. From the beauty of the grounds planted with native vegetation to their investment in renewable energy and technology you could "read" the corporate philosophy in every space you visited. Even the employee commitment to the community was shown on the walls and in the pride of their voices.
