Pre-referendum: Educating your community before ground is broke
February 15, 2011Spring is right around the corner, which means school referendums will be sent to ballot. But before breaking ground, school districts must educate the community regarding needs and solutions and convince voters that projects are warranted. That’s where Miron steps in.
