Theresa Lehman to Compete in “Shall We Dance” Competition

As Director of Sustainable Services, Theresa Lehman is used to putting a spotlight on the environment. This Friday, she’ll be taking it back as a competitor in the 5th Annual “Shall We Dance” fundraising event, which benefits the Sexual Assault Crisis Center (SACC) of Appleton. The event is a local take on the hit TV-show Dancing with the Stars, with area community and business leaders serving as “celebrities.” They are paired with local dancers to compete in front of a panel of judges, while also vying for fan votes.

To say this is a step outside of Theresa’s comfort zone is an understatement. However, with the help of her dance partner, Zeke Cribbs, she’s discovered a little swagger and a lot of sass while rehearsing their salsa routine. While Theresa might not be ready to permanently trade in her heels for dancing shoes, she is excited to show the audience and the competition what she’s got. We’d wish her luck, but with all of the practice she’s put in, she really doesn’t need it.
