Project Description:

As the tallest building in Central Wisconsin, Dudley Tower measures 250 feet from ground to spire with a lobby in the center of the building measuring 35 feet. The new 10-story state-of-the-art office building features amenities that go beyond building codes, including security systems with proximity card readers; wireless, cable, or satellite communications infrastructure, an advanced heating and cooling system, and a lower level, climate-controlled executive parking facility.

With working space for approximately 500 employees, this 165,000-square-foot office building dominates the Wausau skyline with its blue tinted windows, silver accents and striking pyramid roof. Stairs from the parking area, streets and riverfront lead to a wraparound terrace on the first floor.
